Scarborough Museums Trust places learning at the heart of its operation and in recognition of this we have removed any admission charges for visitors under the age of 18. In addition any teachers accompanying a pre-booked school group will receive free entry.

Any group members over 18 years of age (excluding accompanying teachers) will have to pay an admission charge, however pre-booked groups of 10 or more people will attract a discount on admission prices.

In terms of groups visiting the museum we do ask that any group of over 10 members is pre-booked and that the group is accompanied by an appropriate number of adults.  Any non-booked groups numbering over 10 may be refused entry if the venue is already busy or we expect the venue to become busy (with, for example, another pre-booked group).

Each venue also has a maximum group size allowed at any one time.
